Phillip Capital Management is an independent fund management company, based in Singapore since 1995. We are the Asset Management arm of Phillip Capital Group, a stock broking company that was established 40 years ago. We are spread across a few cities: Singapore, KL, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and London. Here at PCM, we always stay aware of our client’s needs and we enjoy the challenge of finding growth companies to invest in. We manage funds for both individual investors as well as institutions, to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
How we invest
Phillip Fund Managers will first evaluate your background, risk exposure, and expectations of returns and then design a customized investment strategy and allocation to achieve your investment objectives in order to provide professional services with integrity and due care. The portfolio would be revised periodically. We believe in ‘Value investing’ which exploits undervalued companies with our strong backup The Phillip Research Team. To comply with professional conducts, we will perform due diligence and interview with listed companies which have potential to growth periodically.

Mr. WONG Wai Kit, Louis joined Phillip HK Group in 1993 and has been the Director of Phillip Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Phillip Capital Management (HK) Limited since 1996 and 2002 respectively. He has over 20 years of investment experience in securities dealing and asset management. He has also been the investment advisor to an authorized fund in Thailand which primarily invests in Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Lim Wah Sai holds a MSc in Management Science from Imperial College, University of London in 1982 and a BSc (1st Class Hon) in Control Instrumentation and System Engineering from the City University, London in 1981. He joined the Phillip Securities Group in 1988 and was seconded to work in Hong Kong since 1993. He is presently the Managing Director and Responsible Officer of the Phillip Securities Group of companies in Hong Kong, including Phillip Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Phillip Commodities (HK) Limited and Phillip Capital Management (HK) Limited, manages a portfolio of about HK$1 billion for both the retail and institutional clients and act as an investment advisor to an authorized fund in Thailand which primarily invests in Hong Kong and China. He is also a member of Derivatives Market Consultative Panel of HKEX. He has over 30 years’ experience in the securities, derivatives and banking industries.
Mr. LIM Wen Sheong, Linus focuses on investment strategy as well as product development. Prior to joining Phillip Group, he was with the Regional Investments Business division of Citibank Asia Pacific. He has been with Phillip Group since 2001 where he was involved in equity research and corporate finance business both in Singapore and in the UK. Linus is a graduate from the London School of Economics and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He also holds an Investment Management Certificate IIMR (UK) as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA Association). He possesses more than 15 years of investment experience and more than 9 years managing unit trusts. Linus is a member of Board of Directors of Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd since 2009. Further to that, he has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of several fund management companies since then. He has been the co-Chief Investment Officer of Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd since 2014 overseeing the strategic direction of the fund management business focused on both authorised unit trusts available to retail investors in Singapore as well as the segregated mandates managed for institutional clients. He is the lead manager of an Asia-Pacific REIT equity fund and the segregated portfolio for a sovereign wealth fund.
Ms. LOH Yang Nee has been the Director, Fixed Income in Phillip Capital Management (S) Ltd since 2005. She is responsible for the strategic focus and management of various fixed income and balanced portfolios. She began her career in 1995 covering both equities and fixed income investments. Before joining PCM SG, she was with Navigator Investment Services under the AVIVA Insurance group and The Insurance Corporation of Singapore. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (double majors in Economics and Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. She possesses more than 15 years’ experience in the fund management industry and more than 11 years managing unit trusts. She has 10 years of experience managing money market funds.
LIM Wah Sai
